The Rashtriya Lok Samata Party (RLSP) and former chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi’s Hindustani Awami Morcha (HAM) was excluded. Accusing LJP chief Ram Vilas Paswan of lobbying with Nitish for the ministerial position for his brother, Manjhi said, “Paswan took his entire family before the CM and demanded the ministerial berth. This is the state of contemporary politics.”
